History of the South Okanagan Chapter. In 1988 in conjunction with the Okanagan and North Okanagan Chapters, we held the 27th Annual Canadian-American International Antique Car Meet in Penticton. We are a family oriented club, with an emphasis on outdoor activities that include camping, scavenger hunts, mystery tours, and parades. Members bring friends, pets, children and even in-laws to events. Having an old car is not a pre-requisite, just a genuine interest in the u.

TransRockies Inc. has selected Salmon Arm to be the kick-off community for their Singletrack 6 race, an event which tours 6 communities over 6 days and provides riders with 40km of epic riding each day.
